Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Quevora Technologies Inc.(“Quevora”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of getquevora.com, the Quevora web application, mobile applications, APIs, AI assistants (Quevy), and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By clicking “Join Waitlist”, creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or accessing any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms of Service:
- “Account” means a unique account created for you to access and manage our Services.
- “Authorized Users” means your employees, contractors, or team members authorized to access the Services under your Subscription Plan.
- “Quevy AI” refers to Quevora's proprietary AI-powered caption generator, content assistant, and optimization tools integrated into the platform.
- “Services” means all social media scheduling, multi-platform publishing, analytics reporting, media library, and AI features provided by Quevora.
- “Social Networks” refers to third-party social media platforms connected via API (including Meta/Instagram/Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Threads).
- “User Content” includes all text, captions, images, media files, graphics, prompts, and social media assets uploaded, posted, or transmitted by you through the Services.
2. Eligibility & Authority
To use Quevora, you must satisfy the following conditions:
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to form a binding contract with Quevora.
- Corporate Authority: If you are registering an Account on behalf of a company, agency, or business entity, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
- Compliance with Laws: You warrant that your use of the Services will strictly comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
3. User Accounts & Security
When creating an Account with Quevora, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account.
Credential Security
You must safeguard your password and API tokens. You agree not to disclose your password to any unauthorized third party.
Team Seat Allocation
Account sharing outside your allocated team seats (per your Subscription Plan) is strictly prohibited. Each user seat must correspond to an individual user.
Unauthorized Breach
You must immediately notify Quevora at security@getquevora.com upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized account use.
Account Accuracy
You agree to keep your profile, billing contact details, and connected social tokens updated to prevent service interruptions.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The Services, including all proprietary software, dashboard interfaces, source code, brand logos, graphic assets, analytics algorithms, and Quevy AI models, are and will remain the exclusive property of Quevora Technologies Inc. and its licensors.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Quevora grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your internal business or personal social media management during the term of your subscription.
5. User Content & Ownership
5.1 You Retain Full Ownership
You retain all ownership rights, copyright, and intellectual property rights in and to your User Content. Quevora claims no ownership over your posts, media uploads, brand assets, or campaign graphics.
5.2 License to Quevora
By uploading or scheduling User Content through our Services, you grant Quevora a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited license to host, store, reformat, transmit, and display your content solely for the purpose of publishing and scheduling posts to your connected Social Networks as instructed by you.
5.3 Quevy AI Generations
As between you and Quevora, you own all text captions, ideas, and post drafts generated specifically for you using Quevy AI. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated output before publishing.
6. Acceptable Use & Conduct
You agree to use Quevora responsibly and ethically. You shall NOT engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Spam & Automation Abuse
Sending unsolicited bulk messages, spamming hashtags, or violating API terms of connected social networks.
Illegal & Harmful Content
Publishing content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene, or infringes third-party rights.
System Exploitation
Attempting to breach security controls, probe vulnerabilities, introduce malware, or launch DDoS attacks.
Scraping & Bots
Using unauthorized automated crawlers, bots, or scrapers to extract data or analytics from the platform.
Impersonation
Misrepresenting your identity, brand ownership, or affiliation with any person or organization.
Reselling Services
Sublicensing, reselling, or white-labeling the Quevora platform without an explicit Enterprise agreement.
7. Subscriptions & Payments

| Free Trial | Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected payment method will be charged. |
| Automatic Renewal | Subscriptions automatically renew on a recurring monthly or annual basis unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date. |
| Refund Policy | All subscription fees are non-refundable except where explicitly required by law or specified in promotional guarantees. |
| Price Adjustments | Quevora reserves the right to modify pricing upon 30 days' advance notice delivered via email or dashboard announcement. |
8. Third-Party Services & API Integrations
Quevora relies on API integrations with third-party Social Networks (Meta, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Threads). Your use of these connected platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies:
- Meta Terms: Subject to Meta Pages & Instagram Graph API Terms.
- X (Twitter) Developer Agreement: Subject to X API Rules and Developer Policy.
- Google / YouTube API Services: Use of YouTube features is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
- LinkedIn & TikTok API Policies: Subject to LinkedIn API Terms and TikTok Developer Guidelines.
9. Disclaimers & Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, QUEVORA EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL QUEVORA TECHNOLOGIES INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR VIRAL REACH) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Quevora Technologies Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any third-party claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt (including attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of and access to the Services;
- Your User Content posted or transmitted through the platform;
- Your violation of any provision of these Terms of Service; or
- Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
12. Term & Termination
These Terms remain in full force and effect while you use the Services or maintain an active Account.
- Termination by You: You may cancel your subscription and close your Account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@getquevora.com.
- Termination by Quevora: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in abusive platform activities.
- Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access the Services will immediately cease. Provisions regarding Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification shall survive termination.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware (or applicable jurisdiction for Quevora Technologies Inc.), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Informal Dispute Resolution: Prior to initiating any formal arbitration or legal proceeding, you and Quevora agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting legal@getquevora.com.
14. Changes to Terms
Quevora reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by sending an email or displaying a banner in the Services.
By continuing to access or use our Services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
